试论“核高基”政策下信息技术类考试面临的机遇与挑战——以全国计算机等级考试为例

摘　　要：《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006—2020年)》瞄准国家目标,实施若干重大专项,其中第一项就是"核高基"项目,"核高基"专项基础软件部分将推动国产软件实现跨越式发展,未来软件从业人员缺口加大,对信患技术类考试来说,是一次难得的发展机会。本文以全国计算机等级考试为例.通过深入分析"核高基"政策带来的机遇与挑战,思考信息技术类考试的发展对策。The National Program for Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Development （2006-2020） aims at national goal and implement several major projects. The first project is ＂Core electronics components, high-end general chip and infrastructure software products （The HeGaoJi Program）＂, which would promote domestic software development. Our country needs more and more software talents, which brings information literacy tests （ILT） more opportunities and new challenges. Based on the national computer rank examination （NCRE） as an example, we want to get some development countermeasures by through in-depth analysis the policy of the opportunity and challenge.
