氯硝西泮肌注合用阿立哌唑治疗男性精神分裂症急性兴奋的对照研究

摘　　要：目的:观察氯硝西泮肌内注射合用阿立哌唑治疗男性精神分裂症急性兴奋的疗效及不良反应,以氟哌啶醇肌内注射合用阿立哌唑为对照。方法:80例精神分裂症急性兴奋的男性患者,随机分为氯硝西泮肌注合用阿立哌唑组40例和氟哌啶醇肌注合用阿立哌唑组40例治疗,疗程1周。治疗前及治疗1周末评估阳性与阴性症状量表兴奋因子(PANSS-EC)和治疗中出现的不良反应。结果:氯硝西泮肌注合用阿立哌唑组和氟哌啶醇肌注合用阿立哌唑组急性兴奋症状均获得明显改善,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。氟哌啶醇合用组锥体外系反应、躯体不适症状高于氯硝西泮合用组(P<0.05)。结论:氯硝西泮肌注合用阿立哌唑可有效治疗男性精神分裂症急性兴奋症状,不良反应轻微。Objective：To compare the efficacy and side effects between Clonazepam IM injection combination Aripirazole oral and haloperidol IM injection combination Aripirazole oral in the treatment of acute agitation in male schizophrenia.Methods：Altogether 80 male schizophrenics with acute agitation were randomly received Clonazepam IM injection combination Aripirazole（n=40） or haloperidol IM injection combination Aripirazole（n=40） treatment for a week.All the patients were assessed with the positive and negative syndrome scale excited components（PANSS-EC） and treatment emergent signs and symptoms（TESS） before and at the end of first week treatment.Results： The efficacy of Clonazepam IM injection combination Aripirazole was comparable to haloperidol IM injection combination Aripirazole（P0.05）.Incidence of extrapyramidal symptoms and body sick symptoms was significantly higher in haloperidol IM injection combination Aripirazole than Clonazepam IM injection combination Aripirazole（P0.05）.Conclusions： Clonazepam IM injection combination Aripirazole has good efficacy and few side effects in the treatment of male schizophrenia with acute agitation.
