阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗80例女性精神分裂症患者的对照研究

摘　　要：目的:观察阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗女性精神分裂症的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将80例女性精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组和利培酮组,每组各40例,疗程6周,采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效,用治疗中出现的不良反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:阿立哌唑和利培酮对女性精神分裂症患者的临床疗效无显著性差异(P>0.01),两组未发生严重不良反应,阿立哌唑组对血清泌乳素的影响比利培酮组小。结论:阿立哌唑较利培酮更适合于治疗女性精神分裂症患者。Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of Aripiprazole and Rispridone of schizophrenia.Methods：80 schizphreia patients were randomly two groups,that is Aripiprazole and Rispridone group（n=40） for 6 weeks.The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（PANSS） and Treatment Emergent Side Effect Scale were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects.Results： There was no significant difference between the two groups（P0.01）.The impact of prolactin level about Aripiprazole was lower than that of Risperidone.They didn＇t happen bad reaction effect both of the two groups.Conclusions： Aripiprazole is an effective and safe antipsychotic,and it is fit to female schizophrenia.
