浅表局限型Castleman病7例临床分析

摘　　要：目的加强对浅表局限型Castleman病(local Castleman'sdisease,LCD)的认识,提高浅表LCD的诊治水平。方法回顾分析7例浅表LCD患者临床特征及诊治情况。结果组织病理学检查结果,6例为透明血管型,1例为浆细胞型,7例浅表型LCD均行肿物完整切除,随访一年以上未见复发。结论浅表LCD无特异性临床表现,确诊有赖于组织病理检查,可通过手术切除治愈。Objective To enhance the understanding of superficial localized Castleman＇s disease （LCD） and to improve it’s level of diagnosis and management. Methods Clinical features and related information on diagnosis and treatment of 7 cases with LCD were retrospectively analyzed. Results The histopathological examination showed 6 cases with hyaline vascular type and 1 cases with plasma cell type. The tumors were resected completely in 7 cases. With follow-up time over 1 year,no recurrence was found. Conclusion The superficial LCD has not specific clinical manifestations. It can be diagnosised with pathological examination, and be cured by surgical excision.
