摘 要:目的研究37%磷酸酸蚀处理时间对可乐丽菲露树脂水门汀与牙本质粘接强度的影响。方法选取新鲜拔除的无龋坏人后牙20颗,分别制备出80个牙本质粘接面试件,随机分成5组,每组16个试件,并分别采取的不同酸蚀时间:0、10、20、30、40 s,然后按可乐丽菲露的使用说明进行粘接,在37℃的生理盐水保存24 h后,分别进行牙本质粘结抗剪切强度测试。结果在使用可乐丽菲露树脂水门汀进行牙本质粘接时,酸蚀牙本质粘结面10 s可取得最高的牙本质粘接强度(24.62±3.60)Mpa(P<0.05)。结论酸蚀处理可以显著提高可乐丽菲露树脂水门汀与牙本质的粘接强度。Objective To evaluate the effect of acid etching time using 37% phosphoric acid on dentin bond strength of Clearfil resin cement. Methods 20 human posterior teeth extracted freshly without caries were selected to prepare 80 dentinal bonding samples. They were randomly divided into five groups, and each group included 16 samples enduring different acid etching time(0,10, 20,30,40 s, respectively). After that, these samples were bonded with Clearfil resin cement according to instruction, and then kept in 37℃ normal saline. 24 h later, dentin bonding shear strength was tested, respectively. Results The highest dentin bond strength of (24.62±3.60)Mpa was achieved when Clearfil resin cement was used to bond dentinal samples enduring acid etching for 10 s (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Acid etching can evidently improve the bond strength between Clearfil resin cement and dentinal samples.
