河南高校科技创业存在的问题及对策探讨

摘　　要：高校科技创业是科技成果转化的重要途径。河南省高等院校科技创业存在着诸如科技成果先天不足、管理体制滞后、科研任务繁重和精力分散、创业意识不强、结构不合理、人才匮乏等问题。因此,明晰现状、找准问题、对症下药,着力进行观念创新、机制创新、队伍建设和管理创新是高校提升其科技创业能力、服务社会、实现可持续发展的必然选择。The pioneering work of science and technology in university is an important way of the transformation of achievements of science and technology.Currently,the pioneering work of science and technology of university in Henan province itself is existing many questions such as the congenital deficiency of the achievements of science and technology,the lag of the management system,the heavy of the scientific research work and the scattered energy,the weak of the pioneering consciousness,the unreasonable structure,the lack of the talent and so on.Therefore,the status to clear,the problems to pinpoint,the remedy to suit to the case,emphatically the innovation of idea and mechanism to focus on,the construction of team and the innovation of management are the inevitable choice that promote the incubation ability,service the social and realize the sustainable development.
