简版流调中心抑郁量表在全国成年人群中的信效度

摘　　要：目的：检验简版流调中心抑郁量表（CES—D-13）在成年人群中的信度和效度。方法：使用两个分层随机取样的全国成人样本，分别进行项目分析、验证性因素分析和相关分析。用心理健康量表的情绪体验分量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index，PSQt）及原20项日CES—D检验简版CES—D-13的效标关联效度和相容效度。结果：简版CES—D-13所有项目与总分的相关均〉0．47。原量表主要维度仍然适崩于简版CES—D-13，各拟合指数分别为RMSEA=0．058、NFI=0．98、NNFI=0．97、CFI=0．98、GFI=0．97、AGFI=0．95、SRMR=0．032。简版CES—D-13与情绪体验得分呈负相关（r=-0．69，P〈0．01），与睡眠质量得分呈正相关（r=0．41，P〈0．01），与原量表得分正相关（r=0．97，P〈0．001）。简版CES—D-13总量表信度在两个样本中分别为0．86和0．87，3个维度在两个样本中的内部一致性信度在0．71～0．83之间。结论：简版流调中心抑郁量表具有较好的信度和效度，可以稳定有效地测量我国成年人的抑郁水平。Objective： To examine the reliability and validity of a short version of Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale （CES-D-13）. Methods： In the cross-sectional study, two large national stratified random samples were used to conduct the item analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis. Emotional experience, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and the original 20-item CES-D were used to test the criterion validity and congruent validity of the short version of CES-D-13. Results： All item-total correlations were higher than 0. 47, indicating that the items of the scale exhibited sufficient discriminant validity. Results of confirmatory factor analysis supported that the factor structure of original scale fit the short version of CES-D-13 very well （ RMSEA = 0. 058, NFI = 0. 98, NNFI = 0. 97, CFI =0. 98, GFI =0. 97, AGFI =0. 95, SRMR =0. 032）. The short version of CES- D-13 was closely associated with emotional experience （r = -0. 69, P 〈 0. 01 ）, sleep quality （r = 0.41, P 〈 0. 0）, as well as original CES-D （ r = 0. 97, P 〈 0. 001 ）, indicating that the scale demonstrated reasonable criterion validity and congruent validity. Cronbach＇s alphas in the two samples for the total scale were 0. 86 and 0. 87, and for the three dimensions were in range from 0. 71 to 0. 83. Conclusion： The short version of CES-D-13 can be reliable and valid for applications in measuring the depressive symptoms among general population.
