摘　　要：创新联盟作为产学研合作创新的新发展阶段,是实施国家技术创新工程的重要载体,也是企业增强创新竞争力的一种有利模式。而如何选择正确的联盟模式是企业组建创新联盟的首要问题,而创新联盟较少的数量样本使得传统专家经验法和统计方法不再适用。因此,本文首先根据各主要理论依据的出发点将开拓市场、协同效应、规避不良竞争、竞争方式的转变、市场需求的变化以及行业标准的设立等企业组建创新联盟的动因归为内部动因和外部动因两大类;其次比较了两种创新联盟模式的特征;最后通过粗糙集理论对于质性数据的处理优势来探索企业组建创新联盟以及创新联盟模式之间的选择决策规则。研究结果表明,开拓市场成为股权联盟模式选择的主要动因,而对于契约联盟形式选择的动因相对而言则不唯一。这种方法解决了单纯依赖专家经验主观性过强的缺陷,为企业创新联盟的管理提供了参考依据。Cooperative Innovation Alliance as a new stage of development of innovation through cooperation of industry, academe and research institutes, which is a major national cartier of important national carrier of technological innovation projects, but also the competitiveness of enterprises to enhance innovation and a favorable pattern. The results show that market development become the main driving for equity alliance mode, and the motivation for selection of contract coalition is unique. Which solves the subjective experience of relying solely on expert too strong and provide a reference for enterprise innovation alliance management.
