摘　　要：用偏最小二乘回归分析方法进行城市轨道交通乘客满意度的测评。从影响乘客满意度的解释变量与反应变量出发,分别提取主成分,构建影响两者之间的模型。结合乘客问卷调查的结果,分析得出了相应的回归方程,并对模型进行了有效性验证。While using the regression method of partial least square（PLS） to evaluate passengers＇ satisfaction about ur- ban rail transit, the principle components could be extracted from the independent and dependent variables which affect the level of passenger service, then an assessment model be- tween them could be established. By combining the result of passengers＇ questionnaire, this paper analyses the data and works out the homologous regression equation, and finally verifies the model＇s usefulness.
