摘 要:目的调查分析不同层次护理专业学生的职业认同感情况。方法采用自行设计的问卷对不同层次护理专业学生197名进行调查。结果中专学生职业认同感低于大专、本科学生,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。大专学生与本科学生在自主选择护理专业状况、护理地位的认识条目上比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);而在从事护理事业的态度条目上比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论不同层次护理专业学生职业认同感有差异,应采取有针对性的教育方法,提高学生的职业认同感水平。Objective To investigate the professional identification in nursing students at different levels.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the professional identification in 197 nursing students in three different levels of nursing education.Results The professional identification in secondary school students was lower than that in associate degree students and undergraduates,and there were significant differences(P0.05).There was no significant difference on choosing nursing specialty independently and cognition on nursing role between associate degree students and undergraduates(P0.05),while there were significant differences on the attitudes in nursing work between them(P0.05).Conclusion Nursing students at different levels have different professional identification,and the targeted measures should be taken to improve the professional identification of nursing students.
