摘  要:目的了解护理实习生对手卫生知识认知的现状,分析其手卫生落实不到位的原因,并提出相应的管理对策。方法采样自制调查问卷,调查87名护理实习生对手卫生知识认知的现状,分析其手卫生落实不到位的原因。结果护理实习生对手卫生知识的认识各条目得分为(1.42±0.45)分,在"对进入临床实习前应进行手卫生行为的教育""手卫生可以保护医务人员自身及患者的医疗安全"条目上认识较好。但在"手卫生是最简单、经济、有效的预防院内感染的措施""管理者的重视和监督可以影响手卫生的落实"条目上存在较大的偏差。手卫生不到位的主要原因是"带教老师的言传身教及不规范操作""手卫生认识不足、没有接受医院感染控制、手卫生的培训"等。结论护理实习生存在手卫生知识认识上的误区及不足,管理者应审视差距,针对原因寻求恰当的管理对策,改变现状。Objective To investigate the current status of nursing interns' cognition on hand hygiene knowledge,analyse the reasons of unsatisfactory hand hygiene practice,and give relevant countermeasures.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 87 nursing interns' cognition on hand hygiene knowledge.Results The mean item score of nursing interns' cognition on hand hygiene knowledge was 1.42±0.45.The interns had better cognitions in the items of "hand hygiene education should be given to nursing interns before clinical practice""hand hygiene can protect medical safety of medical staff and patients".But they had poor knowledge about hand hygiene in the items of "hand hygiene is the most economical,effective and the best preventive measure in nosocomial infections""attention and supervision affect implementation of hand hygiene".The reasons of unsatisfactory hand hygiene practice included "the precept and example of the teacher and the non-normative teaching manipulation" "insufficient cognition to hand hygiene,fail to be trained about nosocomial infections control and hand hygiene".Conclusions Nursing interns had poor knowledge about hand hygiene,which may embarrass the promotion of the hand hygiene management.Nursing administrators should give relevant countermeasures to change the status.
