慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷及家庭干预

摘　　要：目的了解慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷及家庭干预的效果。方法采用社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)对96例病程≥5年,符合CCMD-3R精神分裂症诊断标准的门诊患者的社会功能缺陷状况进行测查。采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评定疗效,按就诊先后顺序随机分为干预组和对照组各48例,只对干预组实施家庭干预,然后对两组患者的社会功能缺陷状况进行评估。结果 96例慢性精神分裂症患者中92例患者SDSS总分≥2分,社会功能缺陷发生率95.8%,以责任心和计划性、职业和工作、对外界的兴趣和关心、社会活动及社会性退缩方面缺陷较重。在干预前,干预组与对照组SDSS评分、BPRS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,干预组与对照组比较,BPRS评分及SDSS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论慢性精神分裂症患者存在着明显的社会功能缺陷,家庭干预能有效改善慢性精神分裂症患者的社会功能。Objective To investigate the effect of family intervention with chronic schizophrenia,social disability.Methods With Social Disability Screening Scale（SDSS） for 96 cases more than 5 years duration,consistent with CCMD-3R outpatient diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia,social disability status of the patients were tested.Using the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale（BPRS） to assess the clinical treatment order randomized by his intervention and control group of 48 cases.Only the implementation of family intervention for intervention group,and then the patients of social disability in the two groups to assess the situation.Results 96 cases of 92 patients with chronic schizophrenia score more than 2 points SDSS,social disability incidence of 95.8%,to responsibility and planning,career and work interests and concerns of the outside world,social activities and social aspects of withdrawal severe defects.In the intervention group and control group,BPRS score、SDSS scores were not significant（P0.05）.After the intervention,the intervention group and control group BPRS score,SDSS scores were significantly（P0.01）.Conclusion Patients with chronic schizophrenia there is a clear social disability,family intervention can effectively improve the chronic schizophrenia patients with social function.
