摘 要:为使食用菌栽培科学化和绿色化,测定了黔西北食用菌培养料重金属含量,并利用SPSS软件对数据进行相关性分析和主成分分析。结果表明,培养料中重金属含量差异较大,变异系数在12.9%~73.7%之间,Pb和Cd的相关系数为0.947,呈显著性相关。说明Pb和Cd这两种元素可能存在相同的来源或复合污染,推测培养料重金属的污染可能主要受外源因素影响。The contents of heavy metals in the culture medium of edible fungus in Northwestern Guizhou were determined to provide a scientific and green basis for the cultivation of edible fungus,and the correlation analysis and principal component analysis were performed by SPSS software.The results showed that the significant difference of heavy metals in the culture medium was observed,and its variation coefficients ranged from 12.9% to 73.7%.The correlation coefficient was 0.947 which significantly related of Pb to Cd.As a result,the polluting source of Pb and Cd might be the same one or separated,which meant that this pollution for the culture medium might be from the external influential factors.
