摘 要:为了减少垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)合成工艺中的垃圾粉碎料的水分,以厨余垃圾土豆块为主要对象进行热风干燥模拟实验,研究在不同热风温度、物料厚度、风速和空气湿度等条件下的物料干燥特性.实验结果表明,在热风干燥过程中,风温为100-140℃时,温度的升高能大大提高干燥速率,但当风温大于140℃时,干燥速率提高不大,且随着土豆块厚度的减少、热风风速的增大以及空气湿度的降低,干燥速率变快,物料的干燥时间随之减小.在生活垃圾的干燥过程中,湿纸张、湿织物及湿木块由于所含自由水较多,完全干燥所需时间较短,而土豆、豆芽由于结合水相对较多,完全干燥所需时间较长.即在相同条件下,物料干燥的快慢取决于其所含自由水和结合水的比例.生活垃圾干燥的前期主要去除自由水,干燥速率较快,约为0.06 g/(g·min),后期主要去除结合水,干燥速率较慢,仅为约0.01 g/(g·min).To reduce the water content in the shatter of municipal solid wastes,hot-air drying of the kitchen wastes like potato was experimentally investigated.The factors such as hot-air temperatures,material thickness,air velocity and humidity,and their influences on the RDF drying process were studied.It was found that,in the hot-air drying process,the drying rate increases rapidly as the temperature of hot-air rises form 100 to 140 ℃,and remains stable for the temperature above 140 ℃.Reducing the thickness of potato blocks,increasing the air velocity and decreasing air humidity cause faster drying.In the drying process of MSW,the drying rate was proportionally decreased with the percentage of free and bound water in the material.The drying time of free water contained items,like wet paper,wet textile and wet wood,was short,while the drying time of potato and bean sprout was long,because of their high bound-water content.The beginning of the drying process of MSW was mainly to remove the free water,so that the drying rate was high,about 0.06 g/(g·min).The later secondary drying was to remove the bound water,and thus the drying rate was low,only about 0.01 g/(g·min).
