摘　　要：目的了解义乌地区本地居民幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染情况及相关影响因素。方法通过对浙江省义乌地区城区及农村1 850例居民进行Hp抗体检测及14C呼气试验以了解本地区Hp的感染情况,结合问卷调查对一些相关因素进行分析。结果义乌地区Hp感染阳性率为72.6%,Hp感染率男女性别间差异无统计学意义(>0.05);随着年龄增加,Hp感染率呈现上升趋势(<0.05);农民、商人及医务工作者感染率高于其他职业(<0.05);不同年收入人群Hp感染率差异无统计学意义(>0.05)。Hp感染与吸烟、饮酒、蔬菜水果是否清洗无关(均>0.05),与饭前、便后是否洗手有关(<0.05)。本调查215对夫妻中,共同感染有170对,35对无感染,只有1方感染的10对。其中689例进行胃镜检查,结果异常,Hp阳性621例,阳性率为90.1%。结论义乌地区Hp感染率维持在高水平。Hp感染与年龄、受教育程度、职业、家庭和个人饮食卫生习惯以及上消化道疾病有关。ObjectiveTo explore the prevalence and the risk factors of Helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection in Yiwu city of Zhejiang province.MethodsHp infection rate among 1850 persons of Yiwu were detected by a serum test of Hp antibody and 14C urea breath test（UBT）,and the risk factors were analyzed through questionnaire.ResultsThe infection rate of Hp was 72.6% in Yiwu city.There was no statistical differences in infection rates between male and female（P0.05）,and Hp infection rates became higher with age（P0.05）.Infection rates among farmers,businessmen and medical worker were higher（P0.05）,but there was no statistical differences among persons with different annual incomes（P0.05）.Hp infection rate was not related to smoking,drinking and washing vegetables and fruits or not,but it was related to hand-wash before meals and after using toilet or not.Among 215 couples,170 couples were infected and 35 couples were not.689 persons had abnormal gastroscopy results,and the Hp infection rate was 90.1%（621/689）.Conclusions Hp infection rate is rather high in Yiwu.Hp infection is related to age,education,job,family dietary,sanitary habbits and upper digestive diseases.
