试论高校科研项目经费的管理

摘　　要：科研项目是高校综合科技实力和水平的重要标志,是促进高校学科建设与人才培养、提高学校声誉和地位的重要保证,是高校教育经费重要资金来源之一,也是高校资金核算的重要内容之一。但是,目前高校科研项目经费在管理上还存在许多漏洞,科研项目经费作为高校重要的资金来源,事关高校和国家科技创新能力的提高,随着高校承担的科研项目的大幅增长,加强高校科研项目经费管理刻不容缓。University scientific research projects represent its comprehensive scientific and technological strength and level,guarantee its discipline construction,personnel training and prestige promotion,provide one of the major financial resources in educational investment,is the main content for fund calculation.Over the recent years,with the rapid development of higher education,there is a sharp increase in government-aided and society-financed scientific research project undertaken by colleges and universities.However,project fund management has many problems.Since project funds,as the main capital source,have a lot to do with the promotion of scientific and technological innovative ability,and the project amount is on the rise,it is imperative to enhance the fund management.
