农村中小学图书馆适应基础教育发展的基本思路

摘　　要：坚持以人为本、推进基础教育改革发展,是贯彻党的教育方针的时代要求。百年大计,教育为本,强国必先强教。随着基础教育事业的深入发展,对中小学生的能力培养和整体素质提高提出了新的要求,基础教育愈来愈引起政府和全国人民的高度重视。按照《国家中长远教育改革和发展规划纲要》(2010—2020年)要求,就农村中小图书馆如何适应基础教育发展,全面提高人才培养质量等重要问题进行探讨。Persisting the theory of people - orientedness and PrmotingPromoting the development and reform in basic education is a requirements of the times in carrying out the Party＇s education policy. For genearionsgenerations to come, education should be regarded as the foundation. For a country to become strong, it must first strengthen education. With the further development of basic education, new requirements have been proposed for cultivating the ability and improving the overall quality among primary and middle school students, basic education has aroused more and more attention of the government and people all over the country. According to the requirements of National medium and longterm educational reform and development project summary （2010 - 2020）, this paper discusses about the problems of catering for the development of basic education and promoting the personnel training quality for the librariedlibraries in primary and middle schools.
