摘　　要：目的 观察脉络膜眼内光凝联合玻璃体手术治疗巨大裂孔性视网膜脱离的效果.方法 对8例巨大裂孔(>180°)视网膜脱离的患者在施行玻璃体手术中,于巨大裂孔区的赤道至周边部脉络膜上联合眼内半导体激光光凝,及视网膜裂孔边缘松解性切开或楔形切除.结果 8例患眼术后视网膜均复位,视力有不同程度提高.结论 脉络膜眼内光凝有助于视网膜脉络膜炎症粘连巨大裂孔封闭,提高视网膜脱离手术的成功率.To study the method of endophoto-coagulation on choroid altogether with vitrectomy in the treatment of retinal detachment with giant tear. Methods 8 cases of retinal detachment with giant tear larger than 180°were treated by semiconductor laser endophoto-coagulation performed on the choroid from quatorial to peripheral of the giant retinal tears during vitrectomy. The sphenoid-shape retinotomy was used in all the case. Results 8 eyes of retinal detachment were reatteched and postoperative vision was improved. Conclusion Endophoto-coagulation on choroid is helpful to increase choroidoretinal adhesion and giant retinal tear blocking up, and to improve the success rate of the retinal detachment .
