摘  要:目的 针对儿童外伤性白内障后房型人工晶状体植入术探讨防止后发障最简便有效的方法.方法 将41例儿童单眼外伤性白内障后房型人工晶状体植入术病例分为晶状体后囊完整组(23例)与晶状体后囊破损组(18例),对晶状体后囊浑浊发生率进行1~2年的随访、视力对比分析.结果 发现晶状体后囊浑浊发生率达91.2%,其中后囊完整组远期绝大部分发生程度不同的浑浊,矫正视力在0.5以上者仅为21.7%,后囊破损组发现周边残留后囊虽有浑浊,但中央视轴区透明,远期矫正视力在0.5以上者仍占61.1%.结论 在儿童外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入术中如后囊完整常规作一期后囊截开是防止后发障及维持远期较好视力的最简便有效方法.To research into the simplist and most effective preventive method for secondary cataract after cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular artificial lens implantaion on monocular traumatic cataract in children. Method 41 cases with monocular traumatic cataract in children were classified into intact posterior chamber group (23 cases )and ruptured posterior chamber group (18 cases), the follow -up of the incidence of opacification of the posterior lens capsule was 1-2 year, the visions were contrastively analysed. Results The incidence of opacification of the posterior lens capsule was up to 91.2% , most of the intact posterior chamber group occurred different degree opacity.Trie untoward corrected visual acuity ≥0.5, only was 21.7% .In the ruptured posterior chamber group, the remained peripheries of the posterior capsules occured opacity,but the central optic axis areas were transparent.The uptoward corrected visual acuity ≤0.5 was 61.1% .Conclusion The primitive discission of the porior capsule in operation was the simplist and most effective preventive method for secondary cataract and maintaining better uptoward visual acuity.
