眼球按摩在难治性青光眼滤过性手术后的应用

摘　　要：目的 评价眼球按摩法在小梁切除术治疗难治性青光眼的近期和中期的作用.方法 对10例新生血管性青光眼及小梁切除术失败的难治性青光眼,施行小梁切除术,术中水下电凝巩膜及虹膜新生血管,防止出血,术后早期眼球按摩,以保持滤过道的通畅.结果 所有病例滤过泡良好,眼压控制.随访最长24月,平均18月,眼压均保持正常,无严重并发症发生.结论实践证明,这是一个简便、安全、效果满意的治疗方法.To evaluate the short-term and long-term efficacy of trabeculectomy combined with neovascular electrocoagulation and early eyeball massage for refrectory glaucoma. Methods 10 cases of refractory glaucoma underwent treatment,including neovascular glaucoma, failed trabeculectomy cases. Results The intraocular pressure was controlled in 14/ 14 of the treated eyes with a mean of 18 months of follow - up.There were no significant complications. Conclusion Trabeculectomy combined with eyeball massage is a simple safe and effective method in the management of refractory glaucoma.
