摘　　要：文中通过对中药渣资源、处理和食用菌栽培的现状介绍,分析中药渣栽培食用菌的优势及产业现状。并以平菇为对象,简要阐述中药渣栽培食用菌技术路线,同时针对中药渣栽培食用菌产业中存在的问题进行反思,探讨解决问题的策略和方法。为进一步研究中药渣在食用菌生产上的应用提供依据,同时为中药渣合理处理提供方法。This paper introduced the current situation of the resources and the treatment of Chinese Medicine Residues and the cultivation of edible fungi.It analyzed the advantages and industrial status of using Chinese Medicine Residues to cultivate edible fungi.Mushroom was used as an example to briefly describe the technology roadmap on using Chinese Medicine Residues to cultivate edible fungi.At the same time, the problem existing in the cultivation of edible fungi using Chinese Medicine Residues were reconsidered and solutions were discussed in order to provide basis for further study on cultivating edible fungi by using Chinese Medicine Residues and provide a way for reasonable treatment of the Chinese Medicine Residues.
