摘  要:为了对轿车侧碰条件下影响儿童和成人乘员损伤风险的侧面胸部气囊的设计参数进行优化,采用有限元和多刚体仿真模型,并结合试验设计,以胸部气囊的材料泄气率常数、起爆时间及安装位置为设计变量,以儿童头部合成加速度ahead-res和成人胸部黏性指标VC值为优化目标,构建代理模型,并进行多目标优化。研究结果表明,优化后的ahead-res和VC值比初始仿真模型中的相应值分别降低了约18%和50%。优化后的侧面胸部气囊既能够保护成人乘员又能够保护儿童乘员。For the optimization of parameters of thorax side airbags that influence the injury risks of child and adult occupants under side impact conditions,the application of finite element modeling and multi-body system models were used in combination with the experimental design method.The material permeability,the inflator time and the airbag installation position were chosen as design variables,the head resultant acceleration of the child and the chest visco-index viscous criterion(VC) value of the adult were as objective functions.A surrogate model was constructed.The multi-objective algorithm was used to obtain the optimal values based on the constructed surrogate models.The results indicate that the optimal values suggest by the model for the objective functions are smaller than those obtained from the initial model.The head resultant acceleration of the child and the chest VC value of the adult are reduced by about 18% and 50% respectively,when compared to the values from the initial models.The thorax side airbag can protect the adult and the child effectively after optimization.
