摘  要:目的对头花蓼中水溶性多糖进行分离、纯化及组成分析。方法头花蓼水提干燥粉经热水提取、乙醇沉淀、Sevag法去蛋白、H2O2脱色,逆向流水透析得多糖精制品。经多糖水解、衍生化后用GC、GC-MS分析。结果确定头花蓼水溶性多糖由鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖组成,其中以阿拉伯糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖为主。结论 GC和GC-MS这两种方法简便、灵敏,可以准确测定出头花蓼多糖中所含有的各种单糖。Objective To isolate and purify the water-soluble polysaccharide from Herba Polygoni Capitati and to an- alyze the polysaccharide components. Methods The polysaccharide was obtained from dry water-extract powder of Herba Polygoni Capitati through extraction with hot water, precipitation by ethanol, removal of proteins by Sevag reagent, decolorization with hydrogen peroxide, and purification with countercurrent dialysis. The polysaccharide components of Herba Polygoni Capitati were examined by gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) after hydrolysis and derivatization. Results The polysaccharide components were rhamnose, arabinose, xylose, glucose and galactose, and arabinose, glucose and galactose were the predominant monosaccha- ride components. Conclusion GC and GC-MS reported in this paper are simple and sensitive, and can be used for the analysis of monosaecharides hydrolyzed from Herba Polygoni Capitati Dolysaccharide.
