摘　　要：通过分析图书馆内部服务制度建设需求和深入调研,发现我国图书馆内部服务制度建设面临着制度与馆情匹配度偏低、制度内容忽视服务协调性、缺乏多元有效的激励措施等问题。图书馆内部服务制度建设应首先从树立内部服务理念入手,建立切实可行的内部服务制度体系,同时应配套建立纵向横向相结合的考核机制,及时应对服务过程中可能的突发状况,明确行政部门对内部服务运行的协调和监管职能。According to the analysis and in-depth research of the construction on internal service institution, a variety of problems on the library internal service institution still exist, such as the mismatch between institution and practical situation, ignorance of the services coordination, the lack of the efficient incentive method, et al. The construction of library internal service institution should start with rooting the concept of internal service in public mind, and then establish a perfect internal service institution system. Meanwhile, the assessment mechanism and emergency response plan should be emphasized in internal service institution as well. Besides, the supervision and coordination functions of administrative agencies should be clarified.
