唇、腭裂畸形的产前超声诊断(附9例分析)

摘　　要：本文对孕20周以上的5775例孕妇进行了6210人次的胎儿B型超声检查,观察胎儿鼻唇冠状切面,显示为正常上唇结构呈“M”型,唇(腭)裂畸形时回声中断,断端回声增强,鼻唇结构紊乱。超声诊断唇裂8例,漏诊1例,均经引产或足月分娩证实。In order to observe the coronal plane of the nose - lip structure 5775 pregnant women who were over 20 weeks pregnant and their fetus have been examined 6210 times with B - SCAN. It shows that the normal structure shapes 'M' . The echo breaks when there is deformity of cleft Lip - palate. At the same time (the echo of surviving section is heighlen) and the nose - lip structure is disordered. Nine cases with cleft lip - palate have been found out and that is later proved by drainages or normal parturition. The rate of the deformity is 690 to I. It is obviously necessary to find out the deformity as early as possible. This can be done by B- scan. It is a simple and convenient method, which is reliable and effective. Besides, such examinations can be repeated easily without causing any wound to the pregnant women.
