乳腺癌患者化疗期间生命质量和社会支持的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究乳腺癌患者化疗期间生命质量和社会支持的相关性。方法:在化疗早、中、晚期,采用乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-B)中文版和领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)测量73例乳腺癌患者的生命质量和社会支持状况。结果:在化疗的早、中、晚期乳腺癌患者总社会支持与总生存质量始终呈正相关(P<0.05);化疗中期总社会支持与总生存质量呈中度相关(r=0.499,P<0.01);家庭内支持与总生存质量呈低度相关(r=0.304,P<0.05)。结论:在患者化疗的各个时期,对患者的社会支持,要有所侧重。Objective：To investigate the correlation between life quality and social support for breast cancer patients under chemotherapy.Methods：In early stage,middle stage and late stage of chemotherapy,use the functional assessment of cancer therapy for breast cancer（FACT-B） Chinese version and perceived social support scale（PSSS） to evaluate 73 breast cancer patients＇ life quality and social support condition.Results：In early stage,middle stage and late stage of chemotherapy,there was positive correlation between overall social support and overall life quality（P0.05）;In middle stage of chemotherapy,there was moderate correlation between overall social support and overall life quality（r=0.499,P0.01）;During chemotherapy,family support showed low correlation with overall life quality（r=0.304,P0.05）.Conclusions：To focus on patient＇s social support,there should be different measurement taken in different treatment period.
