全脑室铸型出血62例治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨早期双侧侧脑室外引流、尿激酶灌注结合腰大池置管外引流治疗全脑室铸型出血患者的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析在中南大学湘雅医院神经外科早期行双侧侧脑室外引流、尿激酶灌注结合腰大池置管外引流治疗全脑室铸型出血62例的临床资料。结果 62例患者术后生存56例,术后功能恢复按ADL分级法:ADL(恢复正常)20例,ADL。(生活自理)24例,ADL,(需人帮助)12例,死亡6例。结论双侧侧脑室外引流、尿激酶灌注结合腰大池置管外引流是治疗脑室铸型出血的有效方法。Objective To investigate the treating results of patients with casting intraventricular hemorrhage using bilateral lateral ventricular drainage with urokinase infusion combined with continuous Lumbar drainage of cerebrospinal fluid using catheter.Method Retrospective analysis of all the clinical data of early 62 cases with intraventricular hemorrhage in our department underwent bilateral lateral ventricular drainage and urokinase infusion combined with continuous Lumbar drainage of cerebrospinal fluid treatment.Result Of all the 62 patients 56 cases survival after operation,functional recovery after grading by ADL method：return to normal in 20 cases,daily living without help 24 patients,daily living need someone to help in 12 cases,death in 6 cases.Conclusion Bilateral lateral ventricular drainage with urokinase infusion combined with continuous Lumbar drainage of cerebrospinal fluid using lumbar catheter is effective method for the treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage.
