摘　　要：以原创性高技术产业创新资本投入和人员投入作为解释变量,以产业成长作为被解释变量,使用最小二乘法进行线性回归分析,证明原创性高新技术产业在发展过程中,对创新资本和人力资本等方面的研究开发投入的要求越来越高。As the scale of high-tech industry expands gradually,it promotes the growth of economy and the adjustment of industrial structure.Refer to Solow＇s model,we make the empirical research of influencing factors and draw the conclusion that money and personnel input are the most important factor.
