摘 要:本文采用自编学校适应状况及适应策略调查问卷对147名初一和高一民营企业家子女的学校适应状况进行调查,结果显示:(1)民营企业家子女的学习适应和身心症状适应水平相对较低;(2)年级、性别和父母离异情况显著影响民营企业家子女的学校适应情况:高一学生的学习适应水平显著低于初一学生;女生的身心症状和学习适应水平显著低于男生;离异家庭子女的学习适应水平显著低于正常家庭子女;(3)整合策略和分离策略与适应状况均存在显著相关,且适应不良学生更倾向于采用分离策略。最后,针对民营企业家子女的学校适应问题,本文提出了相应的教育与引导对策。This paper investigates the school adjustment of 147 private entrepreneurs' childrens from Grade 7 and Grade 10 by questionnaire survey.The findings show that :1) the level of school adjustment in physical,psychological and academic adjustment is low;2) grade,gender and whether parents divorce affect students' adjustment,the level of academic adjustment of Grade 10 students lower than that of Grade 7 ones,the level of physical and psychological adjustment of girls lower than that of boys',and the level of academic adjustment of students from single-parent families is lower than that of students from normal families;3) the integration strategies and separation strategies significantly correlate with school adjustment,and students of poor adjustment inclined to adopt separation strategies.At last,suggestions and coping tactics were concluded for educators to improve the school adjustment of private entrepreneurs' children.
