摘  要:为提高种子采收技术和采种效率,根据林木种子采收作业要求和山地条件机械设备使用的特点,遴选出采种机主要性能参数;依据机械原理、高等空间机构学、机械运动学,基于虚拟样机技术研制山地自行升降式采种机。经实体样机采种试验,系统测试了采种机性能参数,结果表明:设计合理、性能良好,能够满足在人工林和种子园内的作业要求,适应山地、人工林环境。The main performance parameters of seed harvesting machine were selected according to the requirements of tree seed harvesting and the characteristics of mechanical equipment under mountain conditions. A mountain self-elevating seed harvesting machine was developed based on the mechanical principles, spatial mechanism; mechanical kinematics and virtual prototyping technology. The performance parameters of the seed harvesting machine were comprehensively tested by the :physical prototype. Results show that the design of the seed harvesting machine with good performance is reasonable, which could meet the operational requirements of seed harvesting in plantations or seed orchards and adapt well to the mountainous environment.
