摘  要:以有机Ge (β-羧乙基锗倍半氧化物,Ge-132)为Ge 源,经液体培养得到Ge 1.73% ~1.78% 的富Ge 菌体,平均菌体收得率为0.87% ,灵芝菌对Ge元素的吸收利用率为65.41% ~67.30% .分析结果表明:富Ge 菌体的水分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗纤维、总醣及灰分等质量分数分别为14.2% ~15.7% , 19.92% ~21.63% , 2.5%~3.3% , 13.9% ~14.3% , 17.3% ~18.7% 和7.99% ~8.32% ;其氨基酸总量为8.76% ,多糖质量分数为0.53%~0.67% ;并含有丰富的Ca(0.71% )、Mg(0.21% )、P(1.04% ~1.19% )和Zn(124×10- 6)、Fe(269×10- 6)、Mn(34×10- 6)、Si(323×10- 6)、Cu(11 ×10- 6)等人体必需的常量和微量元素.Ge 132, Bis β ethylcarbonic acid germanium sepsquioxide was applied as an organic germaiun additive to produce 1.73—1.78 of mass fraction of Ge enriched mycelia by liquid culture. The average mycelia yield rate and absorbing rate were respectively 0.87% and 65.41%—67.30%. The analytic results showed that contents of moisture, protein, fat, crude fibre, total carbohydrate and ash were 14.2%? ?5.7% , 19.92 %—21.63%, 2.5%—3.3%, 13.9%—14.3%, 17.3%—18.7% and 7.99%—8.32%, respetively. The contents of amino acids and crude polysaccharides were respctively 8.76% and 0.53%—0.67%. The contents of essential macro elements and micro elements were 0.71%, 0.21%, 1.04—1.19% for Ca, Mg, P and 124×10 -6 , 269×10 -6 , 34×10 -6 , 323×10 -6 , 11×10 -6 for Zn, Fe, Mn, Si, Cu, respectively.
