高危型HPV-DNA联合LPT检测在宫颈病变筛查中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨高危型HPV-DNA联合薄层液基细胞学检测(LPT)在宫颈病变筛查中的应用价值。方法应用HC2法对患者行13种高危型HPV-DNA检测,对HPV检测结果为阳性的321例患者进一步行LPT检测及阴道镜多点活检。结果随着宫颈病变严重程度的增加,LPT异常率明显增高,但仍有一定的漏诊率;高危型HPV-DNA荷量高低与宫颈病变程度不成正比关系,但负荷量高者罹患宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)和宫颈癌的可能性大。结论高危型HPV-DNA检测联合LPT能够提高CIN和宫颈癌筛查的检出率。Objective To discuss the value of high-risk HPV-DNA test combined LPT in cervical lesions screening and diagnosis.Methods A review clinical study by HC2-HPV-DNA detection of 13 high-risk HPV-DNA for subjects,321 subjects whose HPV was positive accepted LPT and vaginoscope multi-point tissue pathologic measurement.Results There was significant that as the severity of cervical lesions increased,the abnormal rate of LPT obviously increased,but some patients missed diagnosis;According to measurement,the load of the high-risk HPV-DNA had no correlation with the degree of cervical lesions.However,the risk of CIN and cervical cancer accompanied with the load increased.Conclusion This study shows that the load of high-risk HPV-DNA has no correlation with the degree of cervical lesions and high-risk HPV-DNA test associate with LPT will enhance the rate of screening in cervical lesions.
