摘　　要：从草苁蓉根茎和花序中可分别提取3 2 % ,5 8 %的水溶性粗多糖 ,经纸层析和气相色谱分析 ,草苁蓉根茎粗多糖的单糖组成为Arx、Xyl、Gal、Man和Glc ,其单糖的摩尔比依次为0 98 :1 00 :2 38 :1 28 :10 00 ;草苁蓉花序粗多糖的单糖组成为Fuc、Xyl、Glc、Gal、Ara和GalA ,其单糖的摩尔比依次为2 60 :5 75 :21 88 :2 1 0 :1 00 :3The water soluble crade polysaccharide have been isolated from the stem,the root(3 2%)and the inflorescence(5 8%)of Boschniakia rossica Analysis kf P cand G c indicated that the stem and the root contain Ara Xyl Gal Man Glc and its molar radio is 0 98:1 00:2 38:1 28:10 00 inturn;the inflorencence contain Fuc Xyl Glc Gal Ara GalA and its molar Radio is 2 60:5 75:21 88:2 10:1 00:3 48 in turn
