子宫平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT表现(附4例报道并文献分析)

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT表现和诊断价值。方法对本组4例子宫平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT表现并结合文献进行分析。结果子宫平滑肌脂肪瘤主要CT表现:⑴肿瘤内可见局灶性或弥漫性脂肪密度影;⑵肿瘤与与子宫密度反差大,界限较清楚;⑶肌壁间和黏膜下平滑肌脂肪瘤的子宫球状增大、壁变薄,但壁较完整。结论 CT对子宫平滑肌脂肪瘤的诊断灵敏度和特异度较高。Objective To explore the CT diagnostic value of the uterine fatty leiomyoma.Methods Four cases of the uterine fatty leiomyoma were studied by the CT scanning.Results The main CT features of the uterine fatty leiomyoma were summarized as followed:(1) Permeable or localized fat could be found in the tumor;(2) The tumor was well-defined against the uterus;(3)The uterus with intramural fatty leiomyoma or submucous fatty leiomyoma became larger like a ball,and its wall became thinner and kept intact.Conclusion CT is a practical tool to diagnose the uterine fatty leiomyoma.
