摘 要:车辐式结构是一种新颖的索-拱结构体系,其稳定性能比单纯的拱结构有很大改善.车辐式张拉结构造型轻盈通透,常作为大跨度体育场建筑的屋盖结构形式.对于由索、拱、飞柱组成的屋盖结构体系而言,整体张拉成型的方法优于单点张拉的施工方法,张拉方案的选择以及张拉过程中力与形的控制是施工张拉过程的核心内容.本文以宝安体育场现场施工实际出发,通过对张拉方案探讨与分析,研究车辐式张拉结构整体张拉过程的方案与关键技术.文中讨论了几种可能的施工方法,并对每种方法的优缺点进行了比较,同时对选定方法的关键施工步骤进行了研究.Spoke-wheel structure hybridized by arch and cables has a better behavior than pure arch structure in stability and global stiffness. It is widely used as a roof of stadiums around world. During full construction process of spoke-wheel tension structure, the control and verification of structural configurations and corresponding internal force distributions of whole roof was focused generally by designers. In this paper, study on tension process and key technology of the spoke-wheel structure is carried out based on the Baoan Stadium cable net roof. Several possible methods of tensioning cables are discussed, and the optimum program is selected from the comparison result. The key technology of each step of the construction is studied.
