摘　　要：董仲舒的法律思想对中国传统社会影响深远,也在某种程度上暗合法治的现代性,如朴素的民主主义思想,对人性道德的重视,对现代法治建设存在着有益的启示。Dong Zhong-shu＇s legal thoughts have a great impact on the traditional Chinese society.It also contains the modernity of the rule of law to some extent,such as Chinese-style democracy and the importance of human morality.These factors are helpful for the development of modern laws.
