摘　　要：目的探讨晚期非小细胞肺癌患者中XRCC1基因多态性与铂类化疗敏感性的关系。方法电子检索1990年1月—2010年1月VIP、CNKI、CBM、万方数据库、PubMed及EBSCO数据库,收集有关晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的XRCC1 Arg194Trp基因多态性与铂类化疗敏感性的文献,以非条件Logistic回归校正年龄、性别、吸烟状况等混杂因素后的OR值为效应指标,对文献进行评价筛选、异质性检验。采用RevMan 4.3软件进行Meta分析,计算合并OR值及其95%可信区间(CI)。结果本次Meta共纳入7篇文献,累计病例915例。其中Arg/Trp和Trp/Trp等位基因同Arg/Arg比较,OR值分别为2.63[95%CI(1.96,3.53)]、2.27[95%CI(1.45,3.56)]。结论晚期非小细胞肺癌患者XRCC1基因第194位变异型(Arg/Trp或Trp/Trp)对铂类化疗敏感性优于野生型(Arg/Arg)。Objective To explore the relationship between Arg194Trp polymorphism of XRCC1 gene and sensitivity of advanced lung cancer to wards platinum-based chemotherapy.Methods Literatures dated from January 1990 to January 2010 were collected via searching databases including VIP,CNKI,CBM,Wanfang database,PubMed and EBSCO.The fixed effect model was employed for the subsequent analysis.Results A total of 915 cases from 7 trials were included in the analysis.The pooled OR values for Arg/Trp and Trp/Trp compared with Arg/Arg were 2.63[95%CI（1.96,3.53）]and 2.27[95%CI（1.45,3.56）]respectively.Conclusion Polymorphism of XRCC1 Arg194Trp is associated with better response to platinum-based chemotherapy in advanced lung cancer patients.
