64层CT成像对肾盂移行细胞癌的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨64层CT成像在肾盂移行细胞癌诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2007年10月—2010年4月于我院行手术治疗,术后病理诊断为肾盂移行细胞癌的32例患者的影像学资料及临床资料。结果本组32例,位于左肾21例,右肾11例。肿瘤横断面最大直径1.2~4.7 cm,平均3.4 cm。Ⅰ型26例,Ⅱ型4例,Ⅲ型2例。结论 64层CT成像对肾盂移行细胞癌进行直观立体观察,受肾功能影响小,对诊断肾盂移行细胞癌有重要价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of 64 slice spiral CT and 3D reconstruction in renal pelvis transitional carcinoma.Methods Image photograph data and clinical data of 32 cases who had undergone surgery in our department and diagnosed by pathological method as diagnosed renal pelvis transitional carcinoma from October 2007 to April 2010 were retrospectively reviewed.Results Of 32 cases,tumors located in the left renal in 21 cases and in the right renal in 11 cases.Maximum diameter of the transaction of the tumor was 3.4 cm in average（ranging from 1.2 to 4.7 cm）.Conclusion The technology of 64 slice spiral CT and 3D reconstruction is of great significance in the diagnosis of renal pelvis transitional carcinoma.
