摘  要:目的探讨军队综合性医院聘用护士的自我和谐状况及其影响因素,为促进聘用护士的心理健康管理提供科学依据。方法以便利抽样的方法选取在某军队三级甲等综合性医院工作的50名聘用护士,采用一般资料问卷及自我和谐量表进行调查。结果 (1)聘用护士的自我与经验不和谐得分低于大学生常模和实习护生,自我刻板性得分低于实习护生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)专业选择、自我评价的工作负荷、是否独生子女及健康状况是影响聘用护士自我和谐总分的重要因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(3)自诉超负荷工作者及自诉健康状况差者自我与经验不和谐得分较高(P<0.05或P<0.01);自愿选择护理专业者、非独生子女者及自诉健康状况良好者自我灵活性得分较高(P<0.05或P<0.01);非独生子女者的自我刻板性得分较高(P<0.01)。结论军队医院的聘用护士大多处于自我和谐状态,心理健康;是否主动选择护理专业、是否独生子女以及自我评价的工作负荷和自诉身体健康状况是影响聘用护士自我和谐的主要因素。Objective To explore the self-consistency status and its related factors among short-period employed nurses in a comprehensive military hospital so as to provide the scientific basis for promoting psychological health management for the nurses.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 50 short-period employed nurses from a Grad III(Level-A) comprehensive military hospital to receive a survey using a general questionnaire and self-consistency scale.Results(1)The score of self-conflict in self consistency and congruence scale(SCCS) in all the participants were significantly lower than those preciously reported normal distribution in general population(P〈0.01).The score of self-stereotype in all the participants were significantly lower than those preciously reported normal distribution in nursing students initially practicing nursing in clinical settings(P〈0.01).(2)Professional choices,self-evaluation of the workload,whether the only child and its health were important factors influencing self-harmony score(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).(3)Workers with private prosecution of overload and those in poor health had higher scores of self-conflict in SCCS(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).The volunteers for nursing profession,non-only-child group and those with private prosecution of poor health had higher scores in self-flexibility(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).The score of self-stereotype was higher in non-only-child group(P〈0.01).Conclusion The majority of employed nurses in the sample show good self-consistency and congruence.Factors such as whether the rolunteering choice of nursing career,the only-child group in the family,self-report workload and health status are the factors influencing SCCS score in short period employed nurses in a comprehensive military hospital.
