设置进入费用的多属性采购拍卖的投标策略研究

摘　　要：研究了在单物品多属性采购拍卖中的供应商的最优投标策略问题。在采购商针对供应商设置进入费用的条件下,建立了具有价格和两个质量属性的多属性密封投标拍卖形式下的投标模型,并在引入得分函数的情况下给出了供应商的均衡投标策略及其证明。最后还给出了一种类型服从均匀分布,给定固定成本函数和得分函数形式下的供应商均衡投标策略公式,并通过实例验证了进入费用对价格投标以及供应商的影响。The supplier＇s optimal bidding strategies in the single item and multi-attribute procurement is mainly studied.Under the condition of threshold fee,a multi-attribute sealed-bidding model with price and two qualities was established.It gave the equilibrium bidding strategies on the basis of the scoring function.Finally,when the type of supplier obeyed uniform distribution it gave a supplier＇s equilibrium bidding strategies formula under fixed cost function and scoring function.The example verifies the influence of threshold fee.
