摘　　要：鳍线是一种用于毫米波集成电路的新型准平面传输线,本文介绍了三种鳍线平衡混频器的设计与性能,混频器均使用价格便宜的梁式引线二极管和国产介质基片。第一种鳍线魔T混频器在窄带内性能较好,包括中放在内的DSB噪声系数最小值为4.9dB。第二种鳍线混频器在多个频率点有较好性能,包括中放在内的DSB噪声系数最小值为5.3dB。第三种鳍线混频器在给定频带内具有宽带特性,包括中放在内的DSB噪声系数最小值为5.6dB。Finline is a new type of quasiplanar transmission line for millimeter wave integrated circuits. In this paper, the design and performances of three types of Ka band finline balanced mixers are described. The mixers using commercially available low cost beam-lead diodes and domestic substrate materials. These devices show good performance in a narrow band, or in several frequency points or in a given band. Their minimum DSB noise figures measured are 4.9, 5.3 and 5.6dB respectively, with the contribution of the IF amplifier taken into account in all cases.
