摘　　要：本文主要论述旧的年产７０００ｍ３干法纤维板生产线的装板机在生产中存在的问题，以及针对装板机的装板小车、升降吊笼、进板运输机、控制系统、开档、层数的技改设计所采取的具体措施，使改造后的装板机能为年产１００００ｍ３，厚度８～２５ｍｍ的中密度纤维板生产线配套。The Paper states the exist questions in loader production of the old for fibre board production line with the capacity of7000m3 per year, adopting the concrete measures of technical improvement design for loading cart.lifting cage.infeed conveyor.controlling system. daylights. opening , in Order to make the improved loader to form a MDF production line with the capacity of1000m3 per year, thickness 8 ~ 25mm.
