结直肠癌术前多层螺旋CT分期与病理对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨结直肠癌多层螺旋CT(MSCT)分期的准确性。方法回顾性分析55例经病理证实的结直肠癌平扫及增强的MSCT表现和术前分期,并与病理进行对比、分析。结果 MSCT显示结直肠癌的部位敏感性为100%,对肿瘤突破浆膜层侵及邻近组织和器官的诊断符合率为96.3%,对淋巴结转移的诊断符合率为84.2%,诊断结直肠癌Dukes分期的诊断符合率为85.45%。结论 MSCT诊断结直肠癌分期具有较高准确性,对临床治疗有指导作用。Objective To determine staging accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT） in colorectal carcinoma. Methods Contrast-enhanced MSCT of 55 patients with colorectal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively and compared with pathological findings. Results MSCT was 100% sensitive with accuracy of 96.3% for detecting serosal spread and 84.2% for lymphatic metastasis. The accuracy rate of Dukes staging was 85.45%. Conclusion MSCT is accurate for staging colorectal carcinoma and can aid treatment planning.
