摘　　要：横纹肌溶解症典型的早期临床表现是肌肉疼痛、肿胀、痉挛,而以消化系统症状为首发症状者少见,本文报道2例以引起临床重视,以便早期诊断与治疗。The typical symptoms of rhabdomyolysis are muscles pain, swelling and spasm, which are rare with gastrointestinal symptoms. Two cases of rhabdomyolysis with gastrointestinal symptoms as initial symptom were reported to early diagnosis and management.
