摘　　要：目的:探讨二肽基肽酶Ⅳ(CD26/DPPⅣ)在子宫内膜样腺癌的表达及其意义。方法:用免疫组织化学SABC法,分别检测32例子宫内膜样腺癌及10例正常子宫内膜中CD26/DPPⅣ的表达。结果:CD26/DPPⅣ在正常增殖期子宫内膜中低表达,在正常分泌期子宫内膜中表达增加。在子宫内膜样腺癌中随细胞分化程度降低、恶性程度升高其表达水平降低。诊断子宫内膜样腺癌的敏感性、特异性及诊断准确率,CD26/DPPⅣ分别为71.9%,10.0%及57.1%。结论:CD26/DPPⅣ免疫组化染色可以辅助常规的病理检查进行子宫内膜样腺癌的鉴别诊断,对子宫内膜样腺癌的恶性程度的判断很有意义,但单独作为子宫内膜样腺癌的标志物效果并不理想。对于子宫内膜样腺癌的侵袭、淋巴结转移及预后的判断可能无明显价值。Objective：To explore the expression and significance of CD26/DPPⅣ in endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma.Methods：Expression of CD26/DPPⅣ in 32 endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinomas and 10 nomal endometrial tissues were determined with SABC immunohistochemical technique respectively.Results：CD26/DPPⅣ were expressed in most endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma and nomal endometrial tissue.With CD26/DPPⅣ as the marker to detect endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma,the sensitivity,specificity,and diagnostic accuracy were 71.9%,10.0%,and 57.1%,respectively.No relation was found between the expression of CD26/DPPⅣ and invasion,lymph node metastasis,or prognosis.Conclusion：CD26/DPPⅣ is a potential marker of endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma.CD26/DPPⅣ immunohistochemical staining can be used as a supplement technology for routine pathological diagnosis to differentiate grade of carcinomas,but not be accepted as the biomarkers for the invasion,metastasis and prognosis of endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
