摘　　要：应用核磁共振技术对脑灌注显像剂９９ｍ Ｔｃ－ ＭＲＰ２０ 的配体ＭＲＰ２０ 的合成路线进行了追踪，并采用多种核磁共振实验技术对各个中间体及最终产物作了结构鉴定．NMR was used to determine the structure of the medium and last synthesized substance during synthesizing 99m Tc-MRP20, a new brain perfusion image agent. The results show the method is reliable.
