摘　　要：社区文化在维系与整合稳定棚改社区共同体,塑造现代棚改社区居民发挥着重要作用。受主客观条件的限制,棚改社区的文化建设仍存在诸多问题,弱化了社区文化功能。要增强社区文化维系力,必须从多方面采取切实可行的措施,从而实现社区的自我管理、自我教育、自我服务以及自我约束。Community culture plays an important role in maintaining stability and integration of Shanty-reform life community,as well as shaping Shanty community residents.Restricted by subjective and objective conditions,there are still a lot of problem in Shanty-reform community cultural construction.These problems affect and weaken the community culture functions.To enhance community cultural tie,a variety of practical measures must be adopted.Thus,self management,self education,self service and self discipline of community can be achieved.
