摘　　要：本文旨在通过对用药合理性评价的研究,探寻建立适合于社区用药合理性评价的指标。在重点分析评价方式和社区用药的种种特点和流程的基础上,借鉴国内外在合理用药调研方面的成果,建立我国社区用药合理性评价的标准指标体系。With the aim at establishment of evaluating indicators suitable for appraisement of rational use of drugs in community health service facilities, the way of assessment of rational use of drugs was studied. The article analyzed the modes of appraisement and characteristics of drug use in community health service facilities, introduced the achievements from the investigations of rational drug use both at home and abroad so as to provide reference for the establishment of a standard system for evaluation of rational use of drugs in community health service facilities.
