摘 要:目的比较白陶土、蒙脱石散、活性炭三者对百草枯吸附能力。方法在体外,用白陶土、蒙脱石散、活性炭处理相同的百草枯溶液,比较处理过的百草枯溶液的百草枯含量;临床上,服药量相近的患者分别经白陶土、蒙脱石散、活性炭治疗后比较患者尿中百草枯的含量。结果体外实验:经蒙脱石散处理过的溶液中的百草枯含量最低;临床观察:经蒙脱石散治疗过的患者尿中百草枯含量较低。结论蒙脱石散对百草枯有较强的吸附能力,对百草枯中毒患者的救治可能更有力。Objective To compare the adsorption capacity of kaolinum,montmorillonite powder and activated carbon for paraquat.Methods In vitro,we treated the same paraquat solution with kaolinum,montmorillonite powder,and activated carbon respectively,then compared the paraquat concentration of processed solution.Clinically,Underwent the similar dose of solution with kaolinum,montmorillonite powder,and activated carbon respectively,we compared the content of paraquat in urine of the patients.Results In vitro:The concentration of paraquat in montmorillonite powder treated solution was the lowest.Clinical Observation:The concentration of paraquat in the urine of the patients treated with montmorillonite powder was the lowest.Conclusion Montmorillonite powder has the strong adsorption for paraquat,and may be more effective to poisoned patients.
