社区干预治疗老年人常见口腔疾病的效果

摘　　要：目的提高老年人口腔保健意识,使其积极主动到医院进行口腔健康检查,延缓口腔老龄化,提高生活质量。方法随机选择老年人458例,分成对照组和干预组两组,干预组指导日常生活口腔保健及增强门诊定期复查等干预治疗。结果干预组口腔疾病率明显下降,对照组义齿修复仅35.4%,干预组义齿修复达78.9%。干预组比对照组每日刷牙次数增加1次等。结论坚持定期复查,从而达到延缓牙齿脱落,提高老年人生活质量的目的。Objective The purpose of this study was to enhance aged people oral health care,to make them go to hospital for oral healthy check,to delay oral aging and to improve the quality of life.Methods 458 cases were selected randomly and were grouped into two：control group and treatment group.People were directed in oral health care and checked regularly in treatment group.Results The incidence of oral diseases had markedly dropped and aged people placed much reliance on medical staff.35.4% aged people accepted denture in control group.78.9% aged people accepted denture in treatment group.Aged people in treatment group rushed teeth more one time than in control group.Conclusion By caring and loving aged people fear of treating were overcom.Aged people can be reviewed periodically.At last the time of tooth loss are delayed and life quality of aged people are enhanced.
